About Diaphragm Valve

The diaphragm valve, available in sizes from 25mm to 250mm, features a robust body made of S.G. Iron, WCB, CF8 (SS 304), or CF8M (SS 316), and is lined with a 3 to 5 mm thick FEP/PFA coating. The bonnet is also crafted from S.G. Iron. Its pin-type diaphragm consists of PTFE backed by neoprene rubber, ensuring durability. Designed as a two-piece unit per BS 5156, it supports temperatures from -20 Degree C to 180 Degree C (FEP) and up to 230 Degree C (PFA). The valve undergoes comprehensive testing, including hydro, pneumatic, and spark tests. It adheres to Class 150 face-to-face dimensions and ANSI B 16.5 flange drilling standards.
